Like the law? Thought about law school? Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity is a co-ed business professional organization. All majors are welcomed. The fundamental objective of PAD (Phi Alpha Delta) is to assist undergraduate students to make an informed decision in selecting law as a career, deciding which law school to attend, and in preparing for the rigors of law school. PAD remains the only Law Fraternity and the only national legal organization of any kind with a national Pre-Law Program committed to meeting the needs of undergraduate students interest in the law. To date there are over 240 chapters.

As a member of PAD you will develop contacts with law students, legal educators, attorneys, and judges. Weekly meeting may include hearing professional speakers including law school deans and attorneys. Also offered are law school classes sit-in, trial visits, and tours. For your law school application PAD encompasses classes on how to prepare your personal statement, LSAT classes, LSAT practice tests. Giving back to the community is a key point for PAD, not only does it help you resume but it helps the community. Another event PAD participates in is Mock Trial. In the fall, we attend a national Mock Trial Competition and in the spring, we compete locally.

PAD also likes to have fun too. We have socials and a Big / Little Program that matches pledges and active members for comradery and guidance through the pledge process.
